I registered my domain a month back. Can I transfer my newly registered domain?

ICANN prohibits transfer of newly registered domains for 60 days. You can transfer the domain after 60 days.

I transferred my domain to a new registrar 20 days back, can I transfer the domain again to Avonhost?

If the domain is transferred to the current registrar and not more than 60 days has passed, then it's advisable to wait for 60 days and then transfer.
